not good at titles

I'm a writer and a thinker. Things that are important to me: friendship, Love with a capital "L," social justice, ideas/thinking. I'm very shy at first, and I can seem "awkward," but I'm not a creeper. I'm just a guy who's too quiet sometimes, but if I get to know you I'll be very engaged. I'm very affectionate, or at least, I'm full of passion that I want to share with someone else. (I'm just saying that I value cuddling, sentimentality, and romance.) I like a whole lot of types: indie girls, "crazy-awesome" artistes, "sweet-natured" nice girls, smart girls (a huge turn-on), girls who are "geeky" or "quirky" or "weird" (in the good way). I don't like serious party girls or too-traditional ladies. Speaking of tradition, I think chivalry is (mostly) dead, but at the same time I like trying to act like a "gentleman." I'm a feminist, though, and I understand that you don't want to be condescended to. I don't mind if you disagree with my opinions, since I don't like actual arguments anyway -- let's just shake hands and be friends, right? I'd call myself quiet, a little dreamy, somewhat artistic and somewhat too logical, wordy, extremely romantic, idealistic usually but sometimes quite cynical. I just want someone to really *love,* as in someone to have a deep relationship for. I'm looking for at least a mid-term relationship (a few months at minimum). I'm nervous about long-distance relationships and I don't have a car, but we can work something out, depending on the circumstances.
